Cancellation Policy
At Final Touch Family Hair Care & Spa, we recognize that life is unpredictable and unexpected events occur. To help us serve all our guests fairly and maintain optimal scheduling, please keep the following
guidelines in mind:
Cancellation Policy: We will charge 50% of the missed appointment fee if we are not given notice within 24 hours of the scheduled time or in the event of a missed appointment.
This policy will be put into place as of October 1, 2026.
